Do you film destination weddings?
Yes! We are based in San Juan, Puerto Rico. If your wedding is somewhere else, we are happy to come to your city for an additional fee to cover the cost of travel and reasonable accommodations. Please inquire for more details!
How far in advance should we book you?
Once you know your wedding date, we recommend reaching out as soon as possible about our availability. We film a limited number of weddings every year to ensure our couples receive the highest quality service, so our calendar typically fills up 12-18 months advance.
What is your booking process?
Fill out our contact form and Tessa will reach out via email within 24 hours. From there, you'll pick a package and we will send you a proposal via our online booking system. Contract can be signed and deposit paid all online, 30% of the package price reserves your date.. Easy peasy.
Do you have insurance?
Yes! We’re happy to send a copy of our certificate of liability insurance to your venue or any other vendors upon request.

How quickly will we get our video?
If your package includes a sneak peek, you'll have it within 2 weeks of your wedding. Everything else is delivered within 12-16 weeks, depending on what season your wedding is in.
How are your films delivered?
As soon as they're ready, through an online gallery with full-resolution download capabilities. No watermarks will be on the video.
Additionally, we will send you a 'thank you' package that will include a physical copy of your films on a USB.
Do you have experience WITH LGBTQ+ couples?
Plenty. We are allies of the LGBTQ+ community and Black Lives Matter. We proudly shoot all people regardless of size, shape, color, gender, or sexuality. We do however, proudly turn away from working with homophobes, sexists, racists and/or others who show any form of bigotry. This is one of the greatest perks of owning your own business.

We spend as much time digging for music as we do editing your film. It’s a huge part of the process! We get to know your vibe and music taste on wedding day and through a questionnaire during wedding planning.

How are you handling Covid-19 and postponements / cancellations associated with it?
There are many unknowns right now due to COVID-19 and we want to help make videography one less stressful thing to worry about. We are offering (1) free rescheduling to our clients. We will charge a $1000 reservation fee for each new date beyond the first rescheduling. We are keeping up to date with all WHO and CDC recommendations & their travel advisories. We are taking every measure to maintain good health. We won’t shake your hand or hug you when we meet and will keep a 6 ft distance if possible during sessions. We will choose lenses that let us stay a little further away. We will wear a mask during sessions/weddings. We will not be attending any large events or gatherings of people. We will quarantine for 2 weeks after traveling or exposure to large crowds (when we begin filming large weddings again.) For more information on our action plan for Covid-19, read our blog post.
